Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your MyProspectPro subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of that payment date.

If you selected the Trial plan, your first month is $0, so there is nothing to refund for that period. After the trial converts to a paid month, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to that first paid charge in the normal way.

Payments for MyProspectPro are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, please do one of the following:

• Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund; or
• Email us at refunds@MyProspectPro.com with the email address on your account and, if you have it, your Paddle order or transaction ID.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You can cancel your MyProspectPro subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals but does not by itself trigger a refund of an already-paid period. If you cancel within the 30-day window and would like a refund of the most recent charge, please request one using the steps above.

Refunds are intended for customers who genuinely try the Service and decide it is not right for them. We may decline refund requests that appear to be abusive — for example, repeated sign-ups and refunds from the same customer, or accounts that have violated our Terms of Service (such as sending spam or phishing).
