§ 01

Why This Policy Exists

MyProspectPro is only as valuable as its deliverability. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules every sender must follow so that inboxes stay open, recipients stay respected, and legitimate senders don't share reputation with bad actors. It applies to every user of MyProspectPro LLC and forms part of our Terms of Service.

§ 03

Prohibited Content

You may not use MyProspectPro to send email that:

  • Promotes illegal goods, services, or activity in the sender's or recipient's jurisdiction;
  • Contains adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency schemes, MLM/pyramid offers, "get rich quick" pitches, or high-risk financial products;
  • Impersonates any person, brand, or domain you do not control;
  • Contains malware, phishing links, credential harvesters, or misleading tracking;
  • Harasses, threatens, defames, or targets a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic;
  • Violates intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
§ 04

Anti-spam Compliance

You are responsible for complying with every anti-spam law that applies to you and your recipients, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR and PECR (EU/UK), and equivalent regimes. At a minimum every outreach you send must:

  • Identify you accurately in the "From" name and address — no forged headers;
  • Include a truthful subject line that reflects the content of the message;
  • Contain a valid physical postal address for the sender;
  • Include a working unsubscribe link that we insert automatically — do not remove it;
  • Honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days (we do this for you automatically).
§ 05

Platform Security

  • Don't probe, scan, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or RLS policies.
  • Don't upload malware, execute injection attacks, or interfere with other users' accounts.
  • Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service or its APIs.
  • Report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@MyProspectPro.com before public disclosure.
§ 06

Sending Limits and Reputation

We may throttle, pause, or cap sending from any account whose engagement metrics indicate reputation risk — including high spam-complaint rates (> 0.1%), high hard-bounce rates (> 5%), or unusually low open rates on cold sequences. Warming a new domain? Start slow and let engagement build. These thresholds exist to protect every sender on the platform.

§ 07

Prohibited Uses of the Account

  • Sharing a single account across multiple unrelated businesses or brands.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing the Service to third parties.
  • Using the Service to send transactional email on behalf of another company you do not own.
  • Circumventing suspensions by creating new accounts.
§ 08

Enforcement

When we detect a violation we may — with or without notice — throttle sending, pause a outreach, disable an account, quarantine a list, or terminate the subscription. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to mailbox providers, blocklist operators, and law enforcement. We do not issue refunds for periods during which an account was suspended for a violation of this AUP.

§ 09

Reporting Abuse

If you received unwanted mail sent through MyProspectPro or believe another user is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@MyProspectPro.com with full headers of the offending message. We review every report and act quickly on confirmed abuse.
